Mr. Anderson has 14 years of business development experience working at large, medium, and small companies executing strategies and tactics to inspire quality business to happen. Previously, he served with distinction as a federal police officer for 2 years after graduating from Virginia Tech in 1994. Mr. Anderson earned numerous awards for his business development efforts, including a prestigious honor from a Fortune 500 company for outstanding yearly individual sales performance.
During the course of his career, Mr. Anderson noticed an increasing trend. Regardless of size, companies require their business development staff to manage a greater workload. This scenario often results in damaged morale and eventually, the unfortunate loss of a valued employee. In order to service this need, Mr. Anderson launched KeeleyConcepts in 2010 with the specific goal of providing business development relief on an as-needed basis.

“I had the pleasure to work with Brendan on a recent, complex big deal capture under a tight timeframe. “Brendan reasons with a
logical structure, has strong collaboration skills, and communicates recommendations
clearly. He supported creation of logically structured, clearly written
proposal content for a $460M multiple-award, IDIQ BPA. His meticulous editing
contributed to a compelling, compliant narrative.
Brendan recognizes that leadership is participatory: leaders and followers
exist in a mutually beneficial relationship where each adds to the
effectiveness of the other. He displayed exceptional leadership and
followership in collaborating with his proposal teammates to develop a strong proposal.
His example encouraged others to strive for high standards by creating
enthusiasm, a feeling of investment, and a desire to excel.”
